PageGroup‘s achievements in environmental, social, and ethical practices have been recognised through a Gold rating award from by independent assessment platform EcoVadis. With an overall score of 80/100, PageGroup now ranks among the top 5 per cent of companies globally assessed.

This marks a notable milestone in PageGroup’s sustainability and ethics journey, having moved from a Bronze rating in 2024/25 to Gold in just one year. Key improvements were recorded in the areas of Labour & Human Rights and Ethics, with scores rising to 81/100 and 82/100 respectively – each representing a 21 and 22 point increase respectively from the previous year.

The Labour & Human Rights category, heavily weighted for PageGroup as a people-focused organisation, highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to responsible employment practices and fostering an inclusive workforce. Initiatives cited in the assessment include:

  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage and a flexible benefits toolbox allowing employees to select benefits tailored to their needs.
  • Employee representative structures, including shadow boards, providing insight into workforce priorities and informing decision-making at local and global levels.
  • Family-friendly programs and support, including parental and carer leave, childcare services, and access to discounts for family essentials.

In addition, PageGroup scored highly for its ongoing commitment to sustainability, noting strong performance across environmental measures, including a 78/100 score for environmental impact, robust reporting of greenhouse gas emissions, and initiatives to reduce energy consumption and engage responsibly with suppliers.
