CMA Recruitment Group is proud to announce the promotion of Neil Phillips to managing director, following his stellar career with the company spanning 20 years. Neil has worked in many areas of the company and spent the past 12 years as operations director. Now he is looking forward to taking the helm to steer the company forward and continue growing CMA’s impressive reputation as a people-first organisation.
The company has a strong track record in people development; three of the current board started in similar positions and have progressed through the business. Newly appointed director Mark Smith was the latest to join the board in January this year, having moved through the business from his start as a trainee recruiter in 2007.
Neil says: “This really does demonstrate that CMA is a place where people can develop their skills, increase job satisfaction, build professional networks, gain recognition and credibility, and advance their careers.”
Over 43 years, CMA has built relationships as a dependable and long-term supporter in its local communities across the Solent and Thames Valley regions. Neil says: “We are proud to have supported over 28,000 candidates secure the roles they have wanted and – last year alone – supported 482 businesses in the region with their successful recruitment campaigns.”
When asked about his vision for CMA’s future, Neil says: “Our vision is focused on growth, innovation, sustainability and opportunity. Our goal is to create an environment where people bond around shared values, feel valued as human beings, and have a voice in decisions that affect them. All of which will allow us to offer a remarkable service that meets the evolving needs of our candidates and clients.”
