TMF Group, a leading provider of compliance and administrative services, has announced the appointment of Charlie Netherton to its Executive Committee as Chief Transformation Officer.
Charlie’s remit focuses on strategic change initiatives across the organisation, as part of the company’s ongoing business improvement programme. He will work closely with function and geographic leadership to drive and enable change. Charlie reports to CEO Mark Weil.
Prior to joining TMF Group, Charlie spent 16 years in financial and professional services. His experience includes leadership roles at Marsh and London-based hedge fund COMAC Capital, following five years as a strategy consultant at Oliver Wyman.

As a related step, Yvor Malone will become TMF Group’s Chief Data Officer. Yvor has served as Chief of Staff to the CEO since 2019 and will now take on this new senior role, reporting to Charlie Netherton. As Chief Data Officer, Yvor will set group-wide data strategy and coordinate the effort of building TMF Group’s client relationship data and analytics platforms.
