Recruiter Moves

The Big Stay

A US-based survey by MyPerfectResume, a leading resource for resume and career advice has found, 45% of workers predict that the number of remote job openings will drop in 2024. With the tight market, 80% also predict that 2024 will be the year of “The Big Stay.”  At the same time, 61% of workers expect a longer hiring process in 2024 compared to 2023.

“The workplace is a living organism, evolving in response to the pulse of societal, technological, and cultural shifts,” said Kellie Hanna, Career Expert at MyPerfectResume. “We hope that our findings shed light on the 2024 workplace, guiding employers, workers, and job seekers to find a path blending mutual expectations,” Hanna added.
