Stafforce Ports, a specialist division within the Nicholas Associates Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jodi Nation as Client Solutions Manager.

Bringing a wealth of experience in business development and client partnerships, Jodi joins the team to support the growth and development of Stafforce’s Ports Division. Based in South Wales, she will focus on strong partnerships in the marine and renewables sectors. Jodi will work closely with both new and existing clients to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that meet their evolving needs.

In her new role, Jodi will lead on strategic workforce planning and management, ensuring clients are supported across all levels of recruitment, from apprentices through to boardroom appointments. She is passionate about working alongside businesses to refine recruitment processes, reduce costs, improve retention, and ultimately provide strategic support that enables long-term growth.

Her proven track record in developing strong client partnerships and delivering tailored workforce solutions makes her a fantastic addition to our Ports Division. Jodi’s energy, expertise, and passion for providing strategic support will be invaluable as we continue to grow and strengthen our offering to clients.”

Jodi brings with her a dynamic and people-focused approach, shaped by an exciting life and career. She spent much of her childhood living in the Middle East and has previously organised a charity ball for Prostate Cancer UK, raising over £2,000 following her father’s recovery from the disease. She has also taken part in several charity runs for Cancer Research UK.

Outside of work, Jodi’s energy doesn’t slow down. She enjoys hip hop and street dance classes, spin sessions, paddleboarding, travel, musicals, and sampling new cuisines at restaurants and food festivals with her partner and their blended family of four children.
