The decision comes as a strategic move to meet the increasing demand for talent outsourcing solutions, including recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), managed service provider (MSP) and statement of work (SoW) in the country and to better serve its growing international clientele.

With this expansion, Reed Talent Solutions aims to strengthen its position as a key player in effective workforce solutions. The company has previously worked with well-established businesses in the UK over its near 20-year history, for example with international banking and insurance customers, as well as IT service providers. The expansion into Europe will see Reed Talent Solutions working with large-scale companies across the continent.
