Matrix, has appointed Suzi Smith as Chief Strategic Officer as part of their operating board development. In her new role Smith will join the executive team taking on responsibility for leading the company’s customer and product strategy. With a focus on strategic planning and execution, Smith will spearhead the development and implementation of initiatives that drive Matrix’s customer-centric ethos and long-term vision.

Smith brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having served as vice president of solutions and alliance partners at the Adecco Group. With expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning, Smith has demonstrated an ability to develop and deploy effective talent management strategies. Her collaborative leadership style, coupled with a strong focus on service excellence, aligns perfectly with Matrix’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In her new role, Smith will oversee Matrix’s portfolio of customers, providing strategic client management, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and product innovation efforts. Working closely with the executive team and board of directors Smith will hold ultimate responsibility for the management and growth of Matrix’s customer base, driving initiatives to inspire confidence and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
