Kingdom Services Group has successfully bought M C Personnel Ltd. Established in 1998, MC Personnel has over 400 staff which it places into the industrial, food, production, manufacturing, hospitality, and driving sectors throughout Kent, South East London and Essex.
The acquired business will be rebranded as Kingdom People (as below) to align with the existing brands within the Kingdom Group.
Mike Rogers, COO of Kingdom People and his Senior Leadership Team will welcome the M C Personnel experienced team, headed by Danielle Cassidy into Kingdom People. Danielle will continue to lead the operation and will join the existing Kingdom People SLT. The company are anticipating a seamless transition, ensuring business as usual for all M C Personnel customers. Additionally, Kingdom Group will now provide a wider recruitment proposition to customers and colleagues, including wider industry-specific experience, a national resource pool of people talent, operational synergies, innovative customer, and colleague solutions and broader “one stop” service capabilities such as security, cleaning, systems and training that come with being part of a Group already boasting 11,000+ colleagues and a turnover of £250m.
