Manchester based recruitment agency, Kingdom People have appointed Neil Duggins, to drive growth plans for Kingdom People Managed Services. Earlier this year, the business merged their Bury and Oldham branches to form Kingdom People Manchester.

As Kingdom People, part of Kingdom Services Group, continues its trajectory of rapid growth, the appointment of Neil Duggins as Sales Director, brings his expertise to the high-volume temporary recruitment side of the business. His role will include designing recruitment solutions for high volume clients – including national accounts and On-Site solutions – driving new business development and increasing the portfolio of clients in key sectors across the UK.

Based in the Midlands, Neil has over two decades of recruitment expertise in sales, operations and management roles, supporting clients within the industrial, food production, retail, manufacturing, construction and health sectors. He brings with him his Board-level experience at other top recruitment agencies.

Neil will be working closely with Mike Rogers, Chief Operating Officer of Kingdom People, and Alex Thompson (Operations Director) and Scott Owen (Sales Director).

“We are delighted to have Neil onboard at Kingdom People,” said Mike Rogers. “We are very proud of our Managed Services division – and the high-volume customer portfolio it contains. These partnerships are fostered over many years, delivering high volume staffing requirements that often experience considerable surges in demand.

“Neil will join our senior leadership team and play a key role in amplifying this message as we continue to add new customers along the journey to £100m+ revenue. Neil’s passion for the industry is second to none and all at KP are looking forward to working alongside him.”

Of the move to Kingdom People, Neil says: “I’m thrilled to be joining the team at Kingdom People. I joined because I really bought into Mike, Alex and Scott, and what they’re looking to do with the company. I’m excited for the challenge of growing the business – there is no reason why as a team we can’t grow the recruitment arm of Kingdom Services Group to be as big as the other services within Kingdom. We certainly have that as a target.”

He adds: “I have already been impressed by the operational efficiency and speed of the response times demonstrated for clients.”

“As well as my expertise and knowledge, I will bring energy, drive and commitment, and a will to work hard for myself, my family and the team at Kingdom.”
