Boutique recruitment business, jelli Group, has announced a ‘full talent’ partnership with the global food company Danone. This collaboration will provide customised support for their talent requirements, from freelancers and outsourced copywriting support through to interim & permanent positions, across various Danone business units and departments within the UK and Ireland.

Helen Marriott, Talent and Learning Director UK&I at Danone, said: “The jelli team understands our business and has been supporting our marketing teams for several years, building strong relationships and gaining valuable insight into the Danone organisation. We want  a partner who can represent us to future employees, who understands us, challenges us, and shares our beliefs, jelli delivers that and more.”

jelli is on a mission to help businesses unlock the potential of blended teams. A recent report stated that 46% of people think that contract or freelance working will be important at some point in their career. Businesses must find ways to flex and adapt to this changing landscape, jelli are helping their clients do just that.

Bryony Stickells and Sarah Pickup, co-founders of jelli added: “We are delighted to expand our partnership with Danone! Over the years, we have been placing freelancers in interim roles and delivering exciting  projects for Danone. During this time, we have gained a deep understanding of their business, their teams, the work they deliver, and, most importantly, their culture. So, it’s a natural evolution for our relationship to support, with a full talent solution across freelance, interim, and permanent roles.”

This new partnership cements jelli’s commitment to providing tailored talent solutions to its clients and helping businesses find the right talent approach they need to accomplish their objectives.
