IGA Talent Solutions, the specialist recruitment firm founded by ex-Dragon and British entrepreneur James Caan CBE, is expanding overseas as it excels growth plans with a new office opening in Zurich, Switzerland.
IGA Talent Solutions specialises in professional consultancy and talent advice to business sectors including professional services, financial & investments, telecommunications and insurance across key verticals, technology, risk, transformation and actuarial. It currently operates in Leeds, London and Cork – which successfully launched earlier this year.
The launch of the new Zurich office is part of the business’s ambitious growth strategy, which continues despite the economic downturn and is aligned to James Caan’s wider global portfolio of recruitment brands, which will see them reach 100 staff, across five countries by 2026. The move is a natural next step for the firm which partners with several clients in the professional and financial services sectors with a presence in Switzerland.
James Caan, along with UK managing directors and Co-Founders Peter Knowles and James Craven, have appointed Patrick Schulz as managing director and co-founder of IGA Talent Solutions Switzerland. He brings 14 years’ experience in recruiting technology, IT and finance professionals within Banking & Finance, Insurance, IT Services, Engineering, MedTech and Pharma in Switzerland as well as a track record in building, growing and leading high-performance teams.
Schulz will be responsible for growing a team out of Zurich to deliver leading consultative recruitment services for a range of Swiss based businesses, with a headcount target of 20 in the next three years.
