Global executive search firm, Bentley Lewis, has announced the appointment of Edward Cruz as head of technology, advanced analytics and sciences.
With over 20 years of experience in HR tech, recruitment process outsourcing, and recruitment services, Edward’s appointment further enhances the company’s impressive executive search capabilities. Based in New York City, as the executive search practice leader for technology, analytics, and advanced sciences, Edward oversees all aspects of his firm’s operations related to these areas. He is a hands-on practice leader who works closely with his team to ensure that they are providing exceptional service to clients.
Edward has a proven track record in talent acquisition and executive search, transforming data into actionable insights and advising business leaders as well as ExCo levels. Edward’s previous roles include global group director of talent acquisition at GroupM. In this role, he partnered with C-suite across 15 affiliated companies in GroupM, focusing on executive search and professional services.
Previously at GroupM, Edward was the director of global recruitment lead, data science, product and technology, where he oversaw all data science and technical recruiting and led team management across the organisation.
