Following a fifth year of continuous growth, digital technology recruitment specialists Energize Group is delighted to announce the next exciting phase of the company’s expansion into the global recruitment market with the opening of a new office in the United States of America.

Energize Group is expanding its service offering in the United States of America, with the opening of a second North American office in the strategically-positioned Dallas, Texas, following a successful move into the US recruitment market by opening their Los Angeles, California office in 2018.

The office will be located in the impressive 22-story St. Paul Place office tower close to the Dallas’ Arts District and will initially accommodate up to 12 new employees with the ability to expand further The workspace boasts contemporary facilities including a fully-stocked kitchen and bar, break-out space, and gym with Peloton equipment.

The State of Texas offers multiple advantages to businesses and professionals alike. The state leads the U.S. nationwide in the number of Fortune 500 companies headquartered there, while Texas-based start-ups attracted a record-breaking $10.55 billion in venture capital in 2021, up 123 per cent on 2020 [according to Pitchbook, and the National Venture Capital Association]. With several National Research Universities, Dallas-Fort Worth provides an extremely attractive location for career development opportunities for digital technology professionals.

The new Dallas office will be led by Victoria Burns, who joins the team at Energize Group as director. The Dallas team will provide businesses with digital technology recruitment expertise, with a particular emphasis on providing staffing solutions in Cloud technologies, focusing primarily within Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure platforms.
