London-based specialist recruiter and executive search consultancy Camino Group is continuing to show an incredible period of business growth, following the opening of its new central London office.
Having already tripled its headcount size since 2021, Camino Group is now making plans to double its recruitment consultant headcount again, over the next year – and the firm’s new 60-person London office near Liverpool Street Station, at EC2N 2JA, will accommodate both trainee and experienced recruitment consultants.
Established in 2011, Camino Group operates two recruitment brands; Camino Search, which specialises in international financial, private equity and M&A markets, Camino Partners, which supports other recruitment companies non-sales professionals.
Camino had previously been located in Cowcross Street, Farringdon.
Sachin Ruparelia, Co-Founder and CEO of Camino Group, said:
“Our new office is perfectly situated near Liverpool Street Station and the office opening signals both the recent successes of Camino Group and our future growth plans.
“These are exciting times for our group brands, Camino Partners and Camino Search as we take positive steps forward to grow our operation and continue to offer a market-leading client and candidate recruitment experience.
“I’d also like the opportunity to thank our candidates and clients who have helped us make our journey a success story so far.”
Natasha South, Operations Director, Camino Group, comments:
“Opening our new office will provide us with a fantastic facility for our consultants and our candidates as we continue to grow and expand the Camino Group operation across the UK and beyond.”
Camino Group Chairman, Bradley Placks, adds:
“Opening a new office of this size, close to London’s Liverpool Street station is a testament to the success, careful business planning and increased market growth Camino Partners and Camino Search have enjoyed over the last two years.
“Our new city premises will enable us to make a significant advancement forward with what is continually evolving into an exciting international, niche recruitment operation. I’m really looking forward to the next stage of growth for our business with some exciting opportunities already on the horizon.”
The opening of Camino Group’s new office also follows the recruitment firm’s investment in training and development of its people, as it continues to focus on providing a leading service for its candidates and clients.
In November 2022, Camino Group appointed experienced internal Learning and Development Director, Tina de Munnik, who has already been helping the firm’s consultants develop their professional skillsets by providing ongoing training and internal academies for new employees.
Camino Group has also enjoyed success earlier in 2023, when it ranked 12th in the Best Workplaces list (in the Great Places To Work small organisations category), in the UK, across all sectors in April.
The firm also placed 35th in the ‘Best Places for Women to Work’ in the UK, in the ‘small business category’ in the ‘Great Places To Work’.
