Following recent expansion into the healthcare sector, international staffing solutions firm, Aureol Global Connections has appointed Sarah Mitchell as Client Services Director of the organisation’s healthcare division, Aureol Global Heathcare.
Bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in the recruitment industry, Sarah has held senior roles at Impellam, Phaidon International and Manpower and has a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, launching new business units and driving growth across both established and emerging markets. In her most recent position as Client Director, Sarah was instrumental in managing and expanding relationships with major corporate accounts, including the NHS.
Commenting on her new role, Sarah said; “I have a strong belief in collaboration, taking the time to understand each client’s specific challenges and priorities, particularly when it comes to sourcing skilled professionals in competitive or talent-scarce areas.
