Leading British embedded recruitment solutions business, Join Talent, is set to enter 2024 in a strong position following an award win and additional expertise joining a stellar leadership team.
CEO and founder, Katrina Hutchinson O’Neill, said: “After a successful period of growth over the last few years, we have worked hard in 2023 through rapidly changing market conditions. We have been focused on reinforcing our position in the market, aligning closely with our client needs, and rising with agility to the changing dynamics of the market. This has included opening a new entity and operation in India, and expanding our presence in South Africa.”
Join Talent have also reinforced their leadership team, with the recent additions of Claire Whiteford as the company’s Chief Operating Officer, and Clair Bush as the Chief Marketing Officer. Georgia Hearn, who has been with the business since 2021, has also been promoted to the role of Chief Client Success & Solutions Director.
