Harrington Starr is a global recruitment firm serving the ever-dynamic financial technology sector. Founded in 2010, we have evolved alongside our candidates and clients, and subsequently become an indispensable point of the hiring strategy for many renowned firms across the entire marketplace. We are a multi-award-winning firm with offices in London, New York and Belfast, ensuring we are expertly poised to serve our international client and candidate base.

The Executive Team bring a wealth of combined experience that is shared amongst the entirety of the firm through a highly tailored onboarding experience- and continuous offering of learning opportunities throughout everyone’s tenure at Harrington Starr.   • The 19% List: this initiative exposes industry-leading firms to the wealth of female and non-binary talent currently seeking roles across the marketplace, dispelling the myth that there are no female and non-binary technologists. The 19% List was the recipient of The Best Candidate Attraction Through Social Media Award at the 2022 Global Recruiter Awards
  • #WalkTheTalk: this collates the wider affects of the aforementioned work and concisely captures the aim of our external DE&I efforts: to create tangible, industry-wide change, and inspire marketplace participants to acknowledge their role in embedding DE&I into the DNA of their firm.
