We ’might’ be the only recruitment company who doesn’t chase new business!

 

It’s all about relationships!

 

  • We are not a typical KPI driven environment and we don't have 'core hours' or daily cold calling sessions.
     
  • We ‘partner’ with our contacts (that means recruiting clients, job seekers and all others who we interact with), and we do a great job of advising and supporting with various requirements to build truly long-lasting relationships.
     
  • They then tell their contacts about us and the business cycle continues. We consistently check-in with the people we place, those we don’t and anyone else involved.

    We use multiple individual, tailored, touch-points during the process to enhance the candidate and client journey, to create a completely unique customer experience!
     
  • We always remember the ‘human’ side and factor this into our approach and create the high level of engagement we’re so proud of.

During Covid, we used a secret weapon that meant we had more powerful interactions with clients (and potential clients) than ever!

 

Lawrence, our Director used to be a magician and as we entered an unprecedented period of virtual team get togethers, BM we able to offer a real USP. 

 

We offered free magic shows to entire companies, board meetings and workshops that involved training with a touch of magic. We even supported many of our contacts elderly relatives of clients and children who were struggling with lock down.

 

The engagement we built was priceless. In return, we asked for a ‘seat at the table when Covid ‘disappeared’

Our Culture

You start at BondMoran with trust, exposure to all aspects of the business, and a level of support that is NOT the norm within recruitment. We’re a tight-knit, welcoming group and our ‘BM gang’ ranges from veterans of the sector to grads and trainees. This is what makes us work so well and, as a team, everyone looks out for each other.

 

'Engagement' is the DNA that runs through our business and that's clear with our clients, job seekers and very much with out internal team and support network.

Within our team, we have several, highly-experienced recruitment Directors who have successfully managed, developed, coached and mentored some of the top performers within recruitment. 

 

Some of us at BM may have been around forever, however we're ALL constantly learning new ways of working and developing and we want that to be the same for everyone in our gang. 

 

We run regular in-house sessions, use external support and we all have full access to our great friends at TRN (The Recruitment Network) who have so much knowledge and resources that, if we wanted, every day could be a school day!

We pay a generous salary as we value knowledge and that can either be structured as a guaranteed salary (as everyone at BM currently chooses) or alternatively, we're flexible enough to create a structure that works for you!

 

We also tailor the ‘flexible’ part of 'flexible' benefits' to each individual - that's true flexibility!

 

As an example, some of us work different hours to others, to ensure that our job and life fit together perfectly. 

 

 

Although our culture means that we have never had to monitor it, we offer 24 days holiday PLUS the day after your birthday off. At least that way you can REALLY enjoy the BIG day!
