Hays has launched its Talent Advisory Services to help address the challenges of its clients. Hays customers are increasingly facing complex HR challenges and need progressively broader support to address the demands of the new era of work. Hays has responded to these demands by expanding its range of services beyond recruitment and helping to find and shape the people organisations need to build a resilient and high-performing team that helps to drive success.
Hays is combining its unparalleled industry data with on-the-ground understanding of talent management strategies, industry best practices, and emerging trends, to deliver a robust service to its clients. Services include designing solutions and creating innovations to solve challenges relating to operating models, job design, and reward structures, to assessing the skills an organisation already has and those still needed.
Rohan de Rozario, Global Head of Advisory Services at Hays, commented; “Hays has been solving its clients’ talent challenges for over 50 years, and during that time we have learned a significant amount on how the workforce can drive and deliver business success. We’ve seen first-hand the challenges and frustrations that can arise when a business’s approach to talent doesn’t align with its big-picture objectives. Our Talent Advisory Services is there to support clients with those challenges.”
Rohan continued: “The world of work and the workforce as we know it is undergoing significant changes. This is resulting in the constant need for our clients to review the way the define roles in the organisation, plan ahead and get the right people in the right roles. The complex talent landscape will continue to shift and change, and as it does, our team of seasoned experts will be able to provide our clients with the necessary support to address their talent needs.”
Hays announced in May that it had purchased a majority stake in Vercida Consulting, the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) advisory organisation. Vercida Consulting will form part of Hays’ Talent Advisory Services, increasing Hays’ ability to deliver a host of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion services. The acquisition will allow Hays to have more meaningful conversations with its clients who see DE&I as a significant challenge.
